The Rebate Calculator is only for estimating the Rebate Amount and should not be relied on to determine the actual amount to be received.  The actual rebate amount will be determined when a real estate transaction has occurred. Cash back amounts are estimates based on the services used, the sale price of the home (minus transaction credits) and possibly other terms and conditions.  This is a local program offering incentives to buyers and sellers in the Tampa Bay Florida. In some states incentives are prohibited; for example AK,DE, IA, NJ, OK, KS, KY, LA, MO, MS, NM, OR, RI, and WV do not allow incentives/rebates to be shared back with individuals. However, you are still eligible to receive the professional services of our network approved real estate professionals.

* Limitations & Restrictions: Rebates are not allowed in all states. In some states, a gift card or commission credit at closing may be provided in lieu of the Cash-Back bonus.  In order to receive a Heroes on the Move cash back benefit, you must register with Heroes on the Move and be represented by a Heroes on the Move Agent during a transaction and at closing.  The Heroes on the Move program cannot be used in conjunction with, or in addition to, any other affinity or relocation benefit program.
